Jo

Jo McNeilly is one of the mentors of our Type module. Her Resilient Leadership™ focus is Understanding and Appreciating Difference: our 4th Key of Kindness™.

Based in Perth, Western Australia, she is an Organisational Development professional with over 30 years of industry experience leading and facilitating change and empowering employees. Jo is also an experienced coach and facilitator. She has extensive experience both as an internal and external consultant working with people and organisations for transformation, positive growth and improved organisational effectiveness and health.

Jo takes a people centred approach to organisational development and change. She quickly creates a safe place for people to trust and engage, being able to facilitate to the needs of the group to help them to achieve what they need to achieve. She has facilitated in diverse situations and locations from small intimate groups of 4 to very large groups of 300 people, in a school room in Yuna or a sports pavilion in Perenjori to Curtin University and the ATO. Jo’s value around diversity is lived through her interest in travel and the variety of people she works with.

Experience includes team building, organisational assessments, career development, leadership development, coaching, talent management, change management and cultural change projects. Interests and skills in empowering women through personal and professional development coaching and programs.

Current areas of focus and capability include:
Facilitating transformation and empowerment of individuals, teams and organisations
Transition coaching including leadership, career and 360-degree feedback
Facilitation of group dialogue for stakeholder engagement. (Including Appreciative Inquiry, Open Space Technology etc)
