Stephanos George Eapen is one of the past mentors and the first co-creator of our Social Value Innovation module. His Resilient Leadership™ focus is Social Value Innovation: our 5th Key of Kindness.
While functioning as the Academic Programme Manager for the General Management Program at CEDEP, George managed academic relationships with multinational corporations and created management education programs for corporations such as L’Oreal, Tata, Danone, and Axa.
At CEDEP, he learned about the work of Professors Chan Kim and Renee Mauborgne, creators of “Blue Ocean Strategy” and about the Value Innovation (VI) framework that is basic to the strategy. Inspired by Value Innovation, George co-founded Strategy Regeneration and spent a decade conducting research and providing consulting services around sustainability.
He then moved to the INSEAD Centre for Social Innovation to further explore the application of the VI. Focusing specifically on innovation in strategy and management, George developed and delivered executive development programs and seminars at INSEAD and was later appointed Professor of Management Practice in Strategy at INSEAD’s Middle East Campus in Abu Dhabi.
Now based in Bangalore, India, George brings his strong sustainability focus to his role in the leadership team at Innomantra. He drives the Strategic and Functional Innovation practice and has co-developed the framework – Innovation 3x with a responsibility of delivering consulting engagements and developing the leadership team. He has designed, delivered workshops and facilitated strategic interventions globally with large multinational clients such as Danone, Axa, Tata, Valeo and L’Oreal and responsible for nurturing client relationships.
